Inspiration Field is fully committed to the promotion of processes, which offer informed choice to individuals and opportunities for open marketing and competition for Service Provider Organizations. We believe that open processes are good for our communities and encourage innovation and creativity. It is our desire that this approach be embraced by not only Inspiration Field, but also by all Community Centered Boards (CCBs) and Program Approved Service Providers (PASAs) in the State, the Division for Developmental Disabilities, self-advocates, and advocacy organizations.
1 - Community Centered Boards (CCBs), in partnership with private service providers, are responsible for managing and delivering services to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families throughout the state of Colorado.
2 - A Program Approved Service Agency (PASA) is an agency that has been approved to provide direct community-based services to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities approved for Medicaid waiver services.
State-Wide PASA ListWe have embraced the Internet. We use it to contact staff and individuals, notify our communities about the important events, market our organizations, and provide useful information to families and individuals. We use it to highlight our services and their success. Typically, Inspiration Field identifies all of its departments by highlighting each department as a major component of the overall organization. Other service providers are frequently presented via a "link" to their web site. Again, unintentionally, the Inspiration Field web site "promotes" its internal service departments by their prominent placement on the web site. To fairly identify all service providers and avoid any intentional directing of individuals to Inspiration Field services, Inspiration Field will dedicate a separate web page on the Inspiration Field web site (this page) to list all CCBs and PASAs in the area that have been approved by the Division for Developmental Disabilities. By providing all CCBs and pertinent PASAs at the same location on the web site, Inspiration Field can promote more of an open market. This is not intended as a suggestion that Inspiration Field "market" the services of other CCBs or service providers. Marketing is the sole responsibility of each organization.
